GARDENER LIVE EXPO LIVE IN BLOEM
The Gardener Live Expo was held in Bloemfontein at the Botanical Gardens from 18 – 20 October. This was hosted by Tanya Visser (The Gardener) and her team. Many stands attended the event of which RC was one of them - the only pet related stand at the event! Our stand was 9m x 5m with amazing graphics, stunning promotional items as give-aways, and we ran – 15% discount specials on the 3 days of the event. Our most important focus was on Responsible Pet Ownership and education on our range. We also hosted a small dog walk on Sunday which saw dogs of all shapes and sizes walking a 2.1km walk through the Botanical Gardens following the Motsheshe and Garden View Trails. The walk took owners, being dragged by their eager dogs, up sweeping paths and hills with a stunning early morning view of Bloemfontein and the Botanical Gardens. Dogs were rewarded with bandanas on completion of the walk as well as some hampers handed out to the Friendliest Dog, Cutest Dog, Oldest Dog, and Youngest Dog. The dog walk and the Gardener will become an annual event and we are looking forward to seeing you there next year!
